Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. in Thousand Oaks is seeking a Maintenance Sales Associate to grow maintenance contracts across markets. You will develop new client relationships, inform clients about maintenance and energy efficiency packages, and drive Mesa’s service sales.

The role requires strong presentation skills, financial acumen, and experience in HVAC sales. You will work with the sales team to reach annual plans and deliver tailored proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in HVAC commercial, chiller or maintenance service sales.
• Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude.
• Financial acumen, inclusive of cost modeling for sales proposals.
• Experience in developing technical and cost proposals.
• Independent decision making is required.
• MS Office 365 proficiency; Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new accounts and maintain client relationships.
• Develop sales presentations and follow through with opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve account programs and processes.
• Develop, write, and review client proposals with pricing models.
• Sell maintenance contracts and energy efficiency packages.
• Meet written annual sales plans and targets.
