Sbf-Search,-LLC is seeking a Maintenance Sales Representative to grow a commercial HVAC maintenance business in the Augusta market. You will develop new B2B accounts, build relationships with decision-makers and close long-term service agreements.

Build your territory, manage proposals, and drive a robust pipeline using a CRM. Expect a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with strong benefits and opportunities for career growth as the company expands in the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in service-based industries.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding goals in a competitive, results-driven environment.
• Strong prospecting, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts throughout the Augusta market.
• Identify HVAC service and preventative maintenance opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with facility managers, business owners, and key decision-makers.
• Prepare proposals and deliver compelling presentations.
• Manage your pipeline, quoting, and forecasting through a CRM.
• Network within commercial, industrial, medical, and other target markets.
• Collaborate closely with internal service, operations, and leadership teams to develop solutions and close opportunities.
