We are Hiring a HVAC Maintenance Agreement Sales - B2B Salesperson

This position will present information to building and business owners for service agreements and service project work; prospecting, presenting, and closing service agreement sales. The successful candidate will have a B2B service sales experience. Potential growth into commercial equipment sales.

Job Title: HVAC Service Agreement Sales

Pay: $37,000 to $55,000 base + Commission. Potential annual earnings $100,000 +

Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 7:00am to 4:00pm

Position Overview

• Presenting the company to potential commercial customers
• Obtaining commercial service agreement sales that fit customers need, and that are competitive and profitable
• Accountable sales activities and customer relationships between the company and commercial clients

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 2 years of B2B sales experience
• Ability to analyze customer needs and develop appropriate key account plans and ROI
• Strong Sales aptitude
• Knowledge of HVAC industry is recommended but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience giving oral and written presentations to clients
• Extremely organized and timely in tasks, calls and projects

• Ability to climb a ladder
