Job summary

Southern Air of Mississippi is seeking a self-motivated HVAC installer to join our growing team. You will install HVAC equipment to safety standards, stay current with technology, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

A valid HVAC degree or equivalent is preferred, with EPA Type II certification as a plus. The role offers full-time, on-site work in Mississippi, with uncapped earning potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have.
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment.
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
