Southern Air LLC in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Installer to join our growing team. You will work with experienced installers on residential and light commercial HVAC installations, receive hands-on training, and assist with parts, tools, and delivery at job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems in residential or light commercial settings.
• Willingness to learn and grow into an HVAC Technician.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with top installers to learn installation best practices.
• Receive hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation.
• Assist with parts, tools, and delivery at the job site.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements and manufacturer specs.

What YOU Will Do

• Work side-by-side the BEST installers in the industry!
• Receive hands-on-training in residential, light commercial HVAC installation
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Assist to install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
