Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience pulling, tracking and managing permits.
• Strong coordination and prioritization skills.
• Ability to multitask at a high volume and stay organized.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Build relationships with vendors and government/utility entities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule HVAC installation jobs.
• Take calls from the sales team.
• Confirm payments with customers.
• Add to Service Titan.
• Coordinate electricians to jobs when needed.
• Research, prepare, submit, and track HVAC permits with local municipalities.
• Assist dispatching technicians.
• Follow up on install callbacks and QA scheduling.
• Manage product warranties and registrations.
