Job summary

Bee's Plumbing and Heating in West Seattle is seeking an Install Coordinator to connect the office with field crews, manage an Excel-based install calendar and backlog, and coordinate permits, inspections, and cost tracking. The role focuses on keeping projects on track, updating stakeholders, and producing actionable reports for leadership.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years in scheduling or project coordination, strong Excel skills, and hands-on Service Titan experience.

Qualifications

Two years of scheduling, project coordination, operations, or administrative experience.
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and pivot tables.
Hands-on experience managing jobs and pulling reports in Service Titan.
Strong communication with field crews, office staff, inspectors and customers.
Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and basic payroll/accounting exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Keep installs moving by maintaining the install calendar and backlog schedule in Excel.
Track job records, statuses, and notes in Service Titan and communicate changes to teams.
Monitor backlog for conflicts, prioritize next steps, and handle capacity issues.
Coordinate permits and inspections, track documents and compliance, and follow up on results.
Analyze labor hours and costs, create reports, and inform leadership of trends and overruns.
