Job summary

Two+ years in scheduling or operations, advanced Excel, and Service Titan experience are essential. You’ll organize multiple jobs, communicate with field crews, and translate cost data for leadership.

Qualifications

• At least two years of scheduling, project coordination, or administrative experience.
• Experience in construction, trades, or service businesses is helpful.
• Advanced Excel skills with updating schedules and trackers; ability to pull reports.

Responsibilities

• Keep installs moving by maintaining the install calendar and backlog in Excel and updating for changes.
• Coordinate permits and inspections, track documents, and communicate priorities to crews.
• Make the numbers useful by tracking labor hours, comparing estimates to actuals, and reporting findings.
