Job summary

Goettl in Phoenix seeks an HVAC Install Coordinator to own the space between sale and finished job, ensuring customers know what’s happening, permits are pulled, and each install closes correctly in ServiceTitan.

You’ll coordinate installations from point of sale through final completion, communicate with customers at every stage, schedule with precision, manage permits and inspections, and perform post-install calls to ensure a happy result.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with customers and crews.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email tools.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC installations from point of sale through final completion.
• Communicate with customers at every stage of their installation.
• Schedule all jobs with complete accuracy.
• Manage the permit and inspection process on every job.
• Perform post-installation follow-up calls.
• Ensure proper close-out in ServiceTitan and collect payments.
