Job summary

Accurate Mechanical is seeking a Residential Install Technician to install, configure, and test residential HVAC systems. You will guide homeowners and teammates through installation changes, ensuring clear communication and adherence to manufacturer specs.

You will diagnose issues, document installations, and uphold safety and building codes to deliver reliable, efficient HVAC solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience installing residential HVAC systems.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test residential HVAC systems per manufacturer specs.
• Lead team members and customers through installation changes with clear communication.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues to minimize downtime and keep timelines.
