Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Experience in the HVAC field preferred.
• Both service and install experience preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing.
• Management experience in a trade industry. HVAC preferred.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in permitting for HVAC trades.
• Experience in job costing.
• Experience working with and scheduling Inspection for HVAC jobs.
• Familiarity will all applicable codes preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Able to communicate in Spanish is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the installation operations of the company including overseeing the daily dispatch of the crews, ordering and purchasing equipment and materials, inventory stocking program, and overseeing all warehouse functions.
• Work with inspectors, job costing, and pulling permits for each job.
• Maintain clear and concise communications with customers, including keeping customers apprised as to company schedule and requested lead time.
• Ensure work is done properly, within allotted timelines and on budget, in compliance with applicable codes.
