Job summary

Fetch-A-Tech in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced HVAC Install Coordinator to manage multiple residential installations from sale through completion. You will coordinate technicians, schedules, permits, inspections, and job paperwork while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.

You will collaborate with installers, sales teams, customers, subcontractors, and city departments to keep projects on track and deliver a seamless installation process.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience coordinating permits, inspections, or municipal requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage HVAC permitting, including applications and documentation.
• Communicate with city/m municipal permitting departments to address questions and ensure on-time permits.
• Schedule and coordinate city inspections and track results.
• Work with third-party permit/HERS providers to meet regulatory requirements.
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate installation schedules for residential jobs.
• Maintain organized job folders with paperwork, permits, inspections, and equipment info.
• Review upcoming installations to ensure materials and resources are in place.
• Assist with payment collection and liaise with accounting as needed.
• Identify and resolve issues delaying installations, permits, or inspections.
