Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a professional HVAC CSR/Inside Sales representative to join our branch operations.

You will sell products, respond to customer needs across face-to-face, phone, and email channels, and collaborate with Branch/Regional Managers to maintain dealer relationships. The role requires knowledge of HVAC products, strong MS Office skills, and excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• General Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) and working knowledge of database applications.
• Effective customer service and relationship management skills via walk-ins, phone, and email.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to diffuse difficult situations.
• Good phone etiquette and email etiquette.
• Ability to handle high-volume customer traffic.
• Strong verbal skills to explain technical information clearly.
• Written communication to input orders and respond to customers timely.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Good judgment and integrity in daily tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Sells the organization’s products and services to customers via face-to-face, phone, email or fax.
• Identifies customer needs, answers questions, and creates solutions to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Executes sales tasks including order processing, purchase orders, payment processing, quotes and delivery dates.
• Maintains dealer relationships and coordinates with Branch Manager to drive territory coverage.
• Provides product and technical information to generate new and repeat sales.
• Educates customers about product terminology, features and benefits.
