Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a proactive CSR/Inside Sales professional for our San Antonio, TX branch. The role involves assisting customers in selecting products, processing orders, and coordinating shipments to ensure a smooth sales cycle.

You will work face-to-face, by phone, and via email to build strong dealer relationships and drive territory coverage. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of progressive sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and solid

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) and basic database apps.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management.
• Positive, professional attitude; ability to diffuse difficult customers.
• Good phone etiquette and e-mail etiquette.
• Strong verbal and written communication; clear explanations.
• Able to handle high-volume customer traffic.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• May include helping to maintain accounts by communicating about new product launches, services, supplies and discounts via outbound calls.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone, and e-mails.
• Process all aspects of the sales function including orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, distribution, and vendors regarding shipments.
