Job summary

House Pro AC is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Rep to join our Houston team. You will follow up on HVAC service or sales visits, verify satisfaction, and promote additional services. You will document interactions and update our CRM, while handling follow-ups and setting appointments.

We value candidates who are comfortable on the phone, persuasive, and results-driven. A high school diploma is required, and employees receive health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Inside sales or customer service experience.
• Very comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Ability to persuade and influence customers.
• Target-oriented and results-driven.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using CRM software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on HVAC service or sales visits to verify customer satisfaction.
• Promote additional services/products to customers.
• Enroll customers into our annual HVAC maintenance program.
• Follow up on technician estimates that did not sell.
• Set sales appointments when appropriate.
• Document customer interactions and update our CRM with relevant information.
• May be assigned administrative or one-time projects as needed.
