Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 1–3 years of progressive sales experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC products is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help the Division deliver on its sales by maintaining accounts and communicating new product launches, services, and discounts via outbound calls.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone calls and e-mails.
• Process orders, purchase orders, payment processing, quotes and delivery dates with accurate information so correct items are ordered.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications as needed.
• Obtain and monitor shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and coordinate with manufacturing, sales, distribution, and vendors.
