You will build rapport with customers, promote HVAC services, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, accurate scheduling while delivering exceptional service and driving company growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Proficiency with phone and email communication.
• Drive to succeed and ability to take initiative with customers.
• Experience in call center or phone sales is beneficial.
• Inside sales experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls.
• Follow up with quoted customers to move opportunities forward.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians.
• Promote HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical services and overcome objections to close deals.
• Maintain strong lead follow-up and scheduling accuracy.
