Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the sales process in New Jersey. The role will be predominantly onsite in Jamesburg or Clifton, collaborating with sales teams to prepare pricing, quotes, and contracts for customers.

Key qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in HVAC sales, with a preferred bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of HVAC sales or related commercial/industrial experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell and assist sales process; emphasize product features and select materials based on customer need, specifications, interests, demand, capabilities and limitations
• Coordinate estimating processes; work with customer, sales teams, estimating and leadership to generate accurate pricing proposals for new and existing products
• Maintain and interpret all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations; prepare quotes and contracts for potential customers
• Work with sellers in your assigned market to build out comprehensive quotes for repair and service opportunities
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
