Job summary

Carrier is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support the sales process for Chicago-based customers. You will help identify solutions, coordinate estimates, prepare pricing documentation, and provide timely product and service opportunities support.

Role offers a commission plan and a company car program, plus training and lead generation programs to drive growth. Based in Chicago, you will work with a local team backed by Carrier’s global OEM resources, with clear career advancement paths

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or related experience in HVAC/building systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Facility Management, or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

Sell and assist sales process; emphasize product features and select materials based on customer need.
Coordinate estimating processes; generate pricing proposals for new and existing products.
Maintain and interpret all quote documentation with pricing and configurations; prepare quotes and contracts.
Work with sellers to build out comprehensive quotes for repair and service opportunities.
Answer calls, provide price quotes and other information.
