Job summary

Carrier Commercial Service in New York City is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the sales process by helping customers and sales teams identify the right solutions, coordinate estimates and quotes, and prepare pricing documentation.

You will provide timely product, pricing, and service opportunity support, build quotes, and work with the local team to drive growth in the NYC market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related sales experience.
• Experience in HVAC, building systems, mechanical services, controls, or energy services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell and assist sales process; emphasize product features and select materials based on customer need, specifications, interests, demand, capabilities and limitations
• Coordinate estimating processes; work with customer, sales teams, estimating and leadership to generate accurate pricing proposals for new and existing products
• Maintain and interpret all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations; prepare quotes and contracts for potential customers
• Work with sellers in your assigned market to build out comprehensive quotes for repair and service opportunities
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
