Job summary

Daikin CSR/Inside Sales Representative role to sell HVAC products and services to customers across multiple channels. You will understand customer needs, guide them through the sales process, and ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.

Requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years of progressive sales experience; knowledge of HVAC products is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process orders, quotes, and delivery dates accurately.

• Maintain dealer relationships and follow company policies.
