Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts via outbound calls and inform customers of new products and promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service face-to-face, by phone and email.
• Process orders, POs, payments, quotes and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Recommend alternatives based on cost, availability or specs.
• Coordinate shipments with manufacturing, sales, distribution and vendors.
• Generate new and repeat sales with product/technical information.
• Educate customers on terminology, features and benefits.
• Assist customers with warranties and returns.
• Train new CSR/ISR staff.
• Maintain records and prepare sales activity reports.
