Carrier Global Corporation seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support HVAC sales by guiding customers and sales teams through product solutions, pricing, and contract preparation. The role is predominantly onsite in the Washington, D.C.

metro area, offering a lucrative commission structure and growth opportunities within a global leader in climate and energy solutions. Required are a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in HVAC sales or related fields; a bachelor’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related experience.
• Experience in sales, engineering, or account management within HVAC/building systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell and assist the sales process; emphasize product features and select materials based on customer needs.
• Coordinate estimating processes to generate accurate pricing proposals with customers, sales teams, and leadership.
• Maintain and interpret all quote documentation with pricing and configurations; prepare quotes and contracts for potential customers.
• Work with sellers in your market to build comprehensive quotes for repair and service opportunities.
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
