Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support the sales process in New York City, onsite. You will coordinate estimates, prepare pricing, and produce quotes and contracts for customers.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, customer service, and collaboration with sales teams to drive opportunities. A 2+ year HVAC sales background is preferred, with strong communication skills and a business mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related roles in HVAC/building systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell and assist sales process; emphasize product features and select materials based on customer need, specifications, interests, demand, capabilities and limitations
• Coordinate estimating processes; generate accurate pricing proposals for new and existing products
• Maintain and interpret all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations; prepare quotes and contracts for potential customers
• Work with sellers to build out comprehensive quotes for repair and service opportunities
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
