Johnstone Supply is seeking a full-time HVAC Inside Sales Representative in Easton, PA. You will respond to inbound inquiries, provide product information, and quote light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.

This role works Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and offers a competitive pay structure with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, paid holidays, and PTO.

Qualifications

• HVAC sales experience or related inside sales background.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and web platforms.
• Provide product information, technical guidance, and pricing for light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and submittals, coordinating with outside sales, vendors and internal teams.
• Track orders, manage project timelines, and maintain CRM/ERP records to ensure accurate data and customer satisfaction.
• Support marketing campaigns and stay informed about product updates and industry trends.
