Job summary

Jorban Riscoe is seeking a Lead Inside Sales Representative in Overland Park, KS. The role leads the Inside Sales team, drives orders, and delivers exceptional customer service with a focus on growth and relationship-building.

Responsibilities include quotations, supplier coordination, and pursuing new sales opportunities, while maintaining strong teamwork and product knowledge across HVAC-related offerings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
• At least five (5) years of related work experience required.
• Ability to conduct business over the phone, via email and in person in a quick yet professional and courteous manner.
• Proficiency with a PC, using Microsoft Office 365 Office Suite Products, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned Inside Sales team to ensure orders are placed and fulfilled.
• Develop and grow relationships with new and existing customers, suggesting related items and explaining technical advantages.
• Provide quotations based on customer needs and coordinate with suppliers for purchase and delivery options.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities as needed by management.
• Pursue new opportunities to increase customer base or product base; support other teams with project sales.
