Qualifications

• 3 years of related sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable running in-home sales appointments.
• Ability to manage pipeline and follow ups independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on quotes generated by service and install teams.
• Make outbound calls to new, current, and previous customers.
• Generate new business through inbound lead follow up and outbound prospecting.
• Run in-home estimates for system replacements.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Create and present installation quotations.
• Cross-sell memberships and additional services.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Accurately track calls, jobs and transactions in ServiceTitan.
• Process payments, renewals and customer transactions.
• Answer inbound calls and schedule services.
• Attend sales meetings and business development events.
