Service Experts LLC is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant I in Fairfax, VA. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management to close HVAC and water heater opportunities.

You will leverage internal warm leads and your own pipeline, collaborating with our technical team during site visits to tailor solutions for homes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales experience, preferably direct-to-consumer (B2C).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling of high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems.
• Educate customers and present technical concepts clearly.
