Job summary

Loving Air Inc located in Fredericksburg, VA is hiring an Inside Sales Representative. The role is primarily in-office with occasional home visits to provide installation estimates and follow-up on quotes.

The candidate will be responsible for outbound calls, inbound lead follow-up, and presenting installation quotations while aligning with company values and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Loving Air is a locally owned, family‑run HVAC company serving homeowners and faith‑based organizations in our community. We’re looking for a driven, relationship‑focused Inside Sales Representative who can follow up on leads, run estimates, and convert opportunities into revenue.

This role is primarily in‑office, with occasional visits to customer homes to provide free installation estimates.

Compensation

• Competitive Commission
• Bonus eligibility is based on performance standards and management discretion. Bonuses are a privilege and require meeting all expectations for the full qualifying period.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related sales experience preferred
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Comfortable running in‑home sales appointments
• Ability to manage pipeline and follow‑ups independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ServiceTitan experience preferred)
