New Age Air Inc. in Pottstown, PA is seeking an In-Home HVAC Sales Consultant to meet homeowners, assess needs, and guide them from consultation to sale.

The role offers a total annual compensation of $140,000+ with base plus commissions and flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays. You'll evaluate existing systems, explain options, present proposals, and close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience and coordinating with installation teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside or in-home sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Consultative approach focused on helping customers, not high-pressure selling.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• HVAC knowledge preferred, but not required for experienced sales professionals.
• The ability to work independently and travel throughout the service area.
• Physical ability to access attics, basements, crawl spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to discuss HVAC replacement options.
• Evaluate existing equipment and recommend the best solutions.
• Explain system features, pricing, financing, and warranties.
• Create accurate proposals and close sales with confidence.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
• Maintain organized customer records and follow-up communication.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure a smooth project handoff.
