Job summary

The Glacier Group in Wisconsin is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to support the Outside Sales team, develop system proposals, and price projects for engineers and contractors.

You will use selection software, review design plans, create pricing, and coordinate orders through manufacturers while maintaining clear client communication. Mechanical Engineering degree preferred with 1–2 years HVAC experience; AutoCAD/Revit a plus.

Responsibilities

• You will support / coordinate with your respective Outside Salesperson and help support their clients, deals and projects.
• Use selection software to create systems for engineers and contractors.
• Review design plans and provide pricing estimates.
• Create proposals and generate pricing; integrate this info into workable contractor proposals.
• Order, process and track equipment sales through manufacturers.
• Follow up to ensure orders go through with adequate lead times.
• Maintain constant, clear communication with clients.
• Provide packets describing equipment onsite and maintenance guides.
• Coordinate training for equipment or tech services.
