Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering degree preferred and HVAC knowledge beneficial.
• 1–2 years in the HVAC industry preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Outside Sales with client coordination and quotations.
• Use selection software to design and price HVAC systems.
• Review plans and prepare pricing proposals.
• Create proposals and generate pricing for contractors.
• Order, process and track equipment with proper lead times.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled and tracked through to delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout.
• Provide equipment packets and maintenance guides.
• Coordinate training for equipment or services.
