Job summary

Integrated Cooling Solutions (ICS) is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to serve as the technical partner to our commercial HVAC sales team and customers in Florida. You will support design, equipment selection, estimates, submittals, ordering, and delivery as you collaborate with an Outside Sales Engineer and leadership on performance and career growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
Experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, estimating, or project management is preferred but not required.
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

Partner with Outside Sales Engineer to align daily priorities and support opportunities from design through order and delivery.
Learn manufacturers and product lines and understand commercial HVAC applications.
Coordinate equipment selections, pricing, availability, and technical requirements with manufacturers and internal teams.
Prepare and coordinate technical submittals, product data, and other project documentation.
Support customers with product applications, technical questions, and solution recommendations.
Maintain accurate project, customer, and opportunity information in company systems.
