Job summary

Daikin Comfort is seeking a CSR/Inside Sales Representative to sell HVAC products and services to prospective and existing customers. You will handle inquiries face-to-face, by phone, and via email, and work with the Branch Manager to drive territory coverage and dealer relationships.

You will process orders, provide product information, and guide customers through warranties and returns as part of a smooth sales process.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge or experience is required.
• Strong customer-service orientation with ability to handle high-volume traffic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, purchase orders, quotes, and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone, and email.
• Educate customers on product terminology, features and benefits.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager and other departments to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on sales activities.
• Expand knowledge of HVAC products and keep current with industry trends.
