Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. in Forest Park, GA is seeking an Inside Sales Professional to identify customer needs, process orders, and promote products across showroom and e-commerce channels. The role emphasizes strong customer service and ongoing account support in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with warehouse duties, participate in occasional deliveries, and help grow sales by building relationships with customers and providing technical support when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• 2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, preferred.
• Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Forklift experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record as determined by Company Driver Policies.
• Qualify for and remain insurable under Company liability insurance policy.
• Meet federal and state requirements to operate the vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received in person or by phone, fax, and e-commerce, including transfers and delivery requests.
• Locate parts, equipment, and supplies for customers from various sources.
• Support long-term business relationships to promote sales growth.
• Assist in warehouse duties, including pulling orders and stocking; may operate a forklift.
• Promote new and existing products, upgrades, and services to customers.
• Assist customers with technical support and problem solving.
