Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Professional to identify and serve customer needs, assist with product information, and provide excellent service while supporting sales growth. The role involves handling orders in person, by phone, or online, locating parts, and promoting products.

Responsibilities include warehouse support, occasional forklift operation, warranties, inventory accuracy, and occasional site deliveries. 5% travel is required; HVAC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
• 2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, preferred
• Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office
• Possess a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in person, by phone, fax, and e-commerce, including transfers and delivery requests
• Locate parts, equipment, and supplies for customers
• Support long-term business relationships to promote sales growth
• Assist in warehouse duties and occasional forklift operation
• Promote products, upgrades, and services to customers
• Assist customers with technical support and problem solving
• Identify prospective customers and communicate to Sales team
• Maintain showroom shelves and product displays
• Process warranties and perform cycle counts
• May perform occasional deliveries and after-hours on-call duties
• Work overtime and collaborate with others
• Comply with company policies and maintain regular attendance
