Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for our Clearwater, FL branch.

The CSR/ISR will sell products and services to customers, handle inquiries by phone, email, or walk-ins, and drive a smooth sales process through accurate order processing and proactive product education. The role requires 1–3+ years in sales or customer service, preferably in HVAC, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of progressive sales or customer service experience.
• 1-3+ years in the HVAC industry preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required; HVAC certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic database applications.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build branch sales by maintaining house accounts and communicating product launches and discounts via calls and in-house counter discussions.
• Maintain sales programs by keeping customers informed about services, supplies, prices and new products.
• Provide excellent customer service via walk-ins, phone calls and emails.
• Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes and delivery dates accurately.
• Educate customers on product terminology, features and benefits to boost sales and satisfaction.
• Coordinate shipments with manufacturing, sales, distribution and vendors.
• Assist in warehouse tasks including inventory counts and forklift operation.
• Travel to customer locations for demonstrations or presentations when needed.
