Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge is required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• 1+ years of progressive CSR/sales experience.
• Ability to manage high-volume customer traffic.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter, on the phone, or via email to drive sales.
• Process orders, quotes, and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely shipments and problem resolution.
• Train new CSR/ISR team members.
