Job summary

Keystone Sales & Associates is seeking an experienced HVAC Inside Sales and Customer Service professional to assist customers and contractors with equipment, parts, and selections. Handle calls, emails, and inquiries while providing pricing, availability, and order support.

The role emphasizes problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accurate records, and supporting sales objectives with cross-functional teams in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications

• Residential and commercial HVAC experience required.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment and applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM and ERP software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and coordinate deliveries and pickups.
• Assist customers in identifying HVAC equipment, parts, and accessories based on their needs.
• Provide product information, pricing, availability, and lead-time updates.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, outside sales, and delivery teams to ensure orders are accurate and on time.
• Follow up on quotes, orders, backorders, returns, and customer concerns.
• Resolve customer service issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
• Support sales goals by identifying additional product and service opportunities.
