Job summary

DriSteem is seeking an Inside Sales Representative I to support independent sales representatives, regional sales managers, and other accounts with day-to-day activities and product application expertise.

You will represent DriSteem at events, assist with pricing and quotations, and leverage the DriCalc software to drive profitable sales. A strong focus on relationship-building and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Preferred Associate Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Two plus years of related sales experience, preferably in HVAC.
• Effective verbal and written communication with diverse customers.
• Superior knowledge of DriSteem products and markets.
• Experience in Syteline/Infor ERP.
• Intermediate Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supports manufacturer’s representatives as the primary contact for day-to-day activities.
• Provides product information, application, sizing, and helps with pricing and quotations.
• Leverages DriCalc selection software and builds long-lasting relationships with representatives.
• Coordinates with other departments to meet customer needs and supports regional sales managers.
• Attends training sessions and represents DriSteem at external events.
• Maintains knowledge of products, systems, and services to sell appropriately.
• Collaborates with marketing and engineering for feedback and process improvements.
• Travel typically less than 5% to assist regional teams.
