Job summary

Stevens Equipment Supply, part of the Daikin Industries family, is hiring a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to support our Eagan, MN branch. You’ll handle counter, phone, and email inquiries, maintain dealer relationships, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates bring HVAC product knowledge, strong communication, and 5+ years in sales or customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment/products is preferred.
• General Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) and database familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at counter, on phone, and via email to drive sales and support branch operations.
• Process orders, quotes, payments, and delivery dates with accuracy to ensure correct items are ordered.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships through active dealer communication and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, distribution, and vendors to expedite shipments and resolve issues.
• Educate customers about product features and benefits to enhance satisfaction and upsell.
