Zusammenfassung

Four Seasons Heating & Air, now part of TurnPoint Services, seeks a Sales Lead Generator to represent the brand inside local retail stores and build our HVAC sales pipeline. You will qualify prospects, set appointments for maintenance or replacements, and act as the first point of contact for customers.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or lead gen, strong communication, CRM familiarity, and a proactive mindset. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service or lead generation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing, self-motivated, and resilient with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online research tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Team player who can collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.

• Engage with in-store customers to generate high-quality HVAC sales leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Home Depot store teams.
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly lead-generation goals.
• Ensure strong store coverage and maximize business opportunities.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused presence in stores.
• Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals. Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner when speaking with prospects.
