Ellington Air Conditioning, now part of TurnPoint Services, is seeking a Sales Lead Generator to represent the company inside local retail stores in Florida. You will generate in-store HVAC sales leads, schedule appointments, and present maintenance and replacement options to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation; construction/skilled trades experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; adaptable and resilient.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online research tools.
• Detail-oriented with good organization and follow-up skills.
