Air Experts is hiring In-Store Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. This role focuses on engaging customers, generating qualified leads, and scheduling in-home consultations.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available with flexible hours. Prior sales or retail experience is helpful but not required; weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Weekend and some holiday availability; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
