Qualifications

• 2+ years of consultative sales experience.
• In-home sales experience desired; training provided.
• proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, climbing a ladder, and working in tight spaces.
• Strong time management, organization, and presentation skills.
• Sales pipeline management experience preferred.

HVAC In Home Sales / Comfort Consultant

Position Overview:

The Comfort Consultant meets with customers in their homes, providing comprehensive HVAC replacement and upgrade comfort solutions that fit their lifestyles.

Pay: Base + Commission, $120,000 - $220,000 + per year, potential annual earnings

Uncapped earning potential

Schedule: Monday through Friday with weekend appointment

Hours: Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customers, presentation times and seasonality. The Comfort Consultant may regulate their own work hours accordingly.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Meeting with customers in their homes
• Professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offers the best solution to fit their needs
• Educating customers on HVAC equipment and in-door air quality products
• Clear and concise communication with company's customers and employees
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process
• Hands on training on sales process and equipment
• Build long-term successful client relationships

What We're Looking For:

• Comfortable working directly with consumers in their homes
• 2+ years consultative sales experience
• In-home sales experience desired, we will train
• Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, climbing a 12" ladder and working in tight spaces (attics)
• Time management, organization, and presentation skills
• Sales pipeline management skills
• Strong interpersonal and follow up skills
• HVAC or similar industry experienced desired, not required
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
