Doc Savage Heating & Air Conditioning in Augusta, GA is seeking an In Home Comfort Consultant to meet customers in their homes, assess HVAC needs, and tailor replacement solutions that fit their lifestyle.

Base plus commission, $120,000–$220,000+ annually with uncapped earnings; schedule Monday–Friday with weekend appointments; hours vary with seasonality and customer needs. Benefits include a company vehicle, gas card, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consultative sales experience.
• In-home sales experience desired; training provided.
• proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, climbing a ladder, and working in tight spaces.
• Strong time management, organization, and presentation skills.
• Sales pipeline management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in their homes.
• Advise homeowners on heating/cooling system options.
• Educate customers on HVAC equipment and indoor air quality products.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
