Job summary

Goodin Company, located in Duluth, MN, seeks a full-time Customer Service representative to handle phone orders and in-person service, building strong customer relationships. The role focuses on accurate order entry, delivery verification, and collaboration with Outside Sales Representatives to meet customer needs.

The candidate will work in a day shift with a focus on customer satisfaction, order processing, and product knowledge growth.
