Job summary
Bridges at North Hills in Raleigh, NC seeks a Service Technician Support, Level 2 with 1–3 years experience to diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in residential properties. This role provides technical guidance to Level 1 staff, participates in on-call rotations, and helps ensure units are rent-ready.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Strong quality and deadline orientation.
- EPA certification Type I/II/Universal preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems.
- Performing plumbing repairs such as faucets, toilets, and drains.
- Handling make-ready duties and inspecting vacant units for rent-readiness.
- Providing technical direction to Level 1 staff.
- Participating in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
- General grounds maintenance and repairs and trash removal.
- Follow safety procedures and appearance standards.
