Job summary

BH Management, LLC seeks a Service Technician I to support on-site maintenance at Progress Residential single-family homes in Raleigh. You will troubleshoot, repair, and provide excellent customer service to residents, while following safety and policy standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and 1 year of service experience. On-call, weekend and evening availability preferred; MS Office familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License in the working state.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in general service or similar duties.
• Available for on-call service work, including weekends/evenings.
• Experience in single-family or multi-family rental desirable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform service or repairs with electrical/plumbing tasks.
• Maintain fleet vehicle and inventory within policy.
• Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
