Responsibilities

• Establishes field staff accountabilities and performance KPIs.
• Coaches and trains staff to improve effectiveness and problem-solving.
• Oversees safety standards and procedures organization-wide.
• Monitors departmental performance to achieve budgeted goals and productivity.
• Collaborates with the General Manager to optimize operations and resource allocation.
• Resolves escalated operational issues and supports service quality.
